Libraries, nonprofits & community
Live poems, readings, and workshops can turn a public program into a series of direct encounters—one person, one story, and one page at a time.
Plan a public programBased in Miami and available for destination events. Clients cover agreed travel, lodging, meals, and related expenses.

My work includes poetry workshops at the Miami VA, a collaborative workshop at The Bass, and live typewriter poetry for community and cultural events. I have also read a poem at FIU’s Glenn Hubert Library and at North Miami Public Library.
A program can take the form of live typewriter poetry, a scheduled workshop, a reading, or a combination developed with the organization.

Readings & community
A reading offers another way to bring poetry into a library or community gathering.
Live typewriter poetry, readings, workshops, school visits, literary events, and formats developed with the host.
Share your organization’s scheduling, paperwork, and payment requirements when you inquire so we can plan ahead.
We can discuss the age range, experience, and access needs of the group, then choose appropriate prompts and pacing.
Program date, location, audience and ages, expected attendance, desired format, length, budget, and any materials or access needs.
